“We enjoyed our stay at the villa and would any day recommend for a family of four.”
We loved our stay at Maenam Hills Villas. Elisa was pretty responsive and our stay was seamless and hassle free. The villas have stunning views of the sea. 7/11 convenient store is at walking distance from the villa and Elisa was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants, car / bike rentals and also airport pick-up and drop. We enjoyed our stay at the villa and would any day recommend for a family of four.

The villa is huge and very spacious. It’s in a quiet area that’s peaceful and pretty. The garden was green and beautiful, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee was always great. Elisa the host was very helpful and friendly. She helped arrange airport shuttles and a scooter for us, she makes you feel very comfortable.

The villa is in a peaceful and scenic location with a beautiful, well-maintained shared pool and gardens. The setting feels quiet and relaxed, and the villa itself is very spacious, with generously sized bedrooms and reasonably comfortable furnishings. The location is ideal if you’re seeking a tranquil stay; it is quiet and scenic, but it’s important to be aware that you’ll need your own transport or regular access to Grab, especially when travelling with children, as shops, restaurants, and the beach are not within walking distance for children and there are some rather scary dogs that make navigating those roads on foot, even as an adult, a little intimidating. Netflix on the TV was a helpful feature for travelling with young children.

“Very nice relaxing stay in a beautiful house.”
Lovely house with ocean view and great swimming pool. Very nicely furnished with a well equiped kitchen, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very friendly host who provided us with complementary fruits and water.

Review of Accommodation ✅ Pros: • Beautiful and well-maintained territory. • Some houses located deeper in the resort can be more comfortable. ❌ Cons: • Electricity is only included up to 200 THB/day; any extra usage costs 7 THB per kWh. • Booking does not indicate that the ground floor (kitchen/living area) has no air conditioning. • The ground floor is practically unusable during hot periods except in the evening. • Some houses are located near the road, leading to noise from passing traffic. • The outermost houses have little privacy due to frequent foot traffic. • The accommodation is not new, though it is kept in a tidy condition. • Price-to-quality ratio is not ideal. 💡 Conclusion: If booking, choose houses further from the road. Keep in mind that there is no air conditioning downstairs, making it extremely hot during the day.

Amazing property. Pop and Elisa were great hosts. Great swimming pool. Location is good. The rooms were kitted out well and were very spacious. Nice welcoming too. Has all the needed facilities and a few extra bonuses as well.
