The property was modern, beautiful and nothing was too much trouble for our host. Communication was excellent, staff (chef, cleaner, handyman) were brilliant and very friendly. I can’t fault our stay or the property. The staff at the restaurant next door (The Mud) were also amazing and hand delivered meals to us too.

We traveled with a group of 17 people and one child, so we booked both villas. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The villa actually looks even better and more spacious in person than in the photos! Everything is very stylish, comfortable, and convenient. I was mostly worried about the location, but it turned out to be wonderful! It’s away from the big cities and the noise, yet everything is reachable within 20–30 minutes by taxi, scooter, or car. We used quite a few of the villa’s services and highly recommended!

Perfect for our family, we were 8 pax 1 year to 70 years. Quiet location, access to beach and small pool to play in. Nicely equipped kitchen, and helpful owner and staff. Great Thai restaurants nearby, and a coffee shop as well.

Everything was amazing! The place, the views the staff, the owners ...we felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The owners and staff were very helpful and kind. The pool and villa were well kept and it was a great place for a family of three generations to hang out together. We utilised the private chef and massage, and both were also fantastic. We would return if we could.

The cozy villa by the sunset beach is very beautiful and comfortable for all of us (7 people). All facilities are very good and convenient. The host and staffs are very kind & easy to communicate. The Sunset views is the way beyond:) All room are clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice we spend time together getting chills at outdoor. We’re recommended!

Beautiful villa right on the beach with private pool. In a quieter part of koh samui away from the crowds with restaurants etc near by. Staff on hand if need to cook etc. Very friendly helpful host. Would highly recommend.
