The room is really simple but this what we really need the fan for me was enough, the location is perfect close to the local area , I been a lot around the island but I think for me is best , you can be all around beaches , you see all the local life , have a lot of options for food more cheap from another area ,less from one minute from the pier, amazing balcony sea view, and very good people!!!!! “Perfect if you’re on a budget!”

Location amazing, veryyyy cheap for Koh Rong, staff friendly.

The location is great, you have everything you need around you. Basic room with a comfortable bed and a fan. A little cheaper than other private rooms in the area. No hand soap in the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were a few power cuts due to a storm on the island. This meant we had no fan during the night so it was super warm! No fault of the property, this is island living.

“Really hot rooms”

Staff were great but the room was unbearably hot which made it difficult to sleep and spend any time in our room. All we had was a fan which didn’t make a difference as it blew hot air around the room. Beds comfortable and the room was spacious just too hot. Toilet was grubby as there was ants all over the sink and wall, and the toilet was missing the basin, so every day we had a sight of dark brown toilet water! Also be careful if you have large suitcases as the stairs are steep and narrow.

The owners were super helpful, and the room and facilities were basic but fine. The only issues we had was the heat in the room, we had a private room which was on the top floor with only a fan to keep us cool. However the dorms seemed cooler. Also, for some reason loads of ants went into our bags, not the owners fault but still so annoying

Staff were very nice and helpful. Helped us book a great boat tour snorkelling and fishing would recommend to everyone. Also the location is right near the pier and restaurants so good location.

We had a room named cachot, without windows. It was a cheap accommodation for the area, no AC, only a fan. Very nice and helpful staff
