“Idyllic stay right on the beach, everything you want”

Absolutely wonderful place, villas looking out to the water were heaven. Staff are beyond terrrific, going out of their way to help with anything. Having walked the length of the beach a couple of times (and having been to the island a couple of times before), we were convinced this was the ideal combination of quality, privacy, and authenticity. Breakfasts were wonderful, and we ate several meals at the restaurant and they were all excellent. Highly recommended.

“If I went back, I'd stay here again”

We popped for the ocean front cabins and had an unobstructed view from our lounge chair and hammock. The room and bathroom were very large ,the bed was comfortable and the air con was essential. The resort is also on a quieter section of the beach as just to the north is more of a night party section. It's also mid beach making exploring for dinner easier. That said, the food here was very good and the included breakfasts filling. Most of Cambodia is covered in garbage including the ocean, but for whatever reason, the beaches her were very clean. The staff here are very helpful and made sure we had a great stay

To be able to step from your cabana directly onto the sand and be 10 paces from the warm ocean is extraordinary. The care of the staff and the whole laid back environment is something you need to understand (or learn) about yourself. It is isolated, beautiful, peaceful and gives you time to relax in a busy life. One week recommended to get it. If you need it the internet is adequate. Bring books to satiate your mind. No roads, no challenges, only what you can make of it yourself. Nowhere to go. Couple of bars and restaurants to fill in your evenings. Beach bbq is awesome 400m away along the beach. If you seek peace this is your place.

Loved the location, directly in front of the beach and water. Hotel staff arranged great bio luminescence tour for us. The whole experience was very memorable.

This peaceful resort by the sea offered the perfect vacation. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast, and we also had lunch and dinner at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great Resort in Sync with Nature”

The Sol Beach Resort is a very cute resort in sync with the natural surroundings. It is built almost entirely in wood and slightly inset, so it blends into the trees which are spread all over the property. There were several thoughtful touches - hand sprays at the entry to every cottage to wash off the sand from your feet, hammocks and deck beds, etc. They have a plentiful supply of clean water from their own deep well. And they had kayaks and paddle boards available for us to use. The staff were very warm, friendly and hospitable with always a smile on their faces. It was great to interact with Mr Wong, Sokhom, Kanha and Lina who took personalised care of us. Nha at the spa was very deft and good with the massage with her firm hands.

“Beautiful, friendly and quiet beach resort.”

Loved the location, on the beach is the only way that you can describe any of these rooms. we were in the third row - but the set up meant we could see the sea. Food was lovely (slightly surprised that the bread was sweet - ended up have a local noodle and egg dish that became my favourite go to breakfast. It was a short walk along the beach to get to a food and drink centre. Stay an extra day because we loved it so much
