“A real holiday feeling here!”

The whole setting of the bungalows in the green surrounding is beautiful. Good food. We stayed for 3 nights. Walk from soon noeng pier is fine at 10-15 minutes. The hotel is also called Dolphin bay. Nice places to sit overlooking the bay. We would recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Mangrove Bungalow Beach on Saracen Bay! The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, relaxing, and just steps away from the crystal-clear water and white sand beach. The bungalows were clean, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying the island atmosphere. What really made our experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were especially impressed because after we left, we realized we had forgotten a swimsuit at the hotel. The team was kind enough to send it to us, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend Mangrove Bungalow Beach to anyone visiting Saracen Bay and would happily stay there again!

“Amazing accommodation at the budget end of the scale for the island!”

I stayed at Mangrove for 4 nights in March 2026 and I enjoyed it so much. The accommodation was excellent. My bungalow was a good size and had a balcony overlooking the ocean, which made it a really relaxing place to stay. The shower was cold, but powerful and the bed was large and extremely comfortable! Breakfasts and dinners was fantastic and very well priced, which made the stay even better value for money. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention must also go to the manager, who was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. From arranging transport and trips to offering recommendations and helping organise my onward travel, the level of care and service was exceptional. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. If you’re visiting Koh Rong Sanloem and looking for somewhere comfortable,relaxing, and great value with wonderful staff, this is a fantastic place to stay. I would happily return

“Nice staff and food but not the most comfortable stay”

The staff were really nice and very accommodating throughout our stay. The restaurant on site was brilliant, and it’s actually really useful because the hotel is quite far away from the main area.

Bungalows in a quiet spot of the beach. 20-30min walk to the ”main” area. 60min walk to the Lazy beach. The staff was really friendly and nice. They helped me with everything. Restaurant is great. Lovely animals around. If you are looking for a 5* hotel stay this is not your place. Bungalows are basic with a terrace and a hammock. Bring mosquito spray & earplugs.

What a wonderful find! Quiet little corner of paradise. When you arrive you see how beautiful this corner is, bungalows hidden behind a small mangrove that you can walk/swim out of. Amazing little place, great staff who are very friendly. Perfect pick up from the pier by longboat (only a 6min walk if preferred, along the beach) We really enjoyed our stay and playing with the puppies

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a quiet and comfortable place with a lovely, relaxed atmosphere—perfect if you’re looking to unwind. The property is beautiful and well-kept, making it a super nice spot to just chill and enjoy the surroundings. In the evenings, we spotted a few lizards and even some cockroaches in our bungalow, but that felt like part of the natural, tropical experience. The food was decent and satisfying, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

helpful italian guy on reception. moved bungalow in attempt to pick up wifi from restaurant but still did not work. nice location waterfront but at the empty end of the bay and 1 hour walk to nearest shop / selection of bars. bed was alright with essential mozi net as large gaps in wood structure of bungalow. the fan worked

I liked the position of the bungalows and the bar.The staff were helpful and assisted us in changing rooms.
