The rooms were absolutely stunning, especially the ones on the hill side. The beach was really quiet and very well maintained, the beach workers worked non stop. The staff were amazing, so kind and attentive. The overall attention to detail was always spot on.

Very comfortable and new spacious rooms. Nice furnished. Bed war very good. We liked very much the outside bathroom. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast and coffee was very good and tasty. Pool Lage Pool with new sun beds.

The location of this hotel is amazing. On the white powder sand beach with crystal clear water. The Hotel name doesn't exactly conjure up the image of paradise, which is deceiving because this is a little piece of heaven. A perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. The staff are fabulous and quick to deal with any requests. I had a beach room and simply stepped off the veranda onto the beach. Both bathroom and beach towels are provided and if you wish to lay by the pool, extra towels are on the sun loungers. All toiletries are provided, plus robes and slippers (flip flops) There are a few paddle boards & Kayaks for guests to use. No motorised sports to pollute the beautiful ocean.

Stunning place. Incredible pool with plenty of loungers. Staff were so kind and helpful. Gorgeous rooms and outdoor bathroom. A few steps from a clean and quiet bit of beach paradise. Nice breakfast. A short walk away from other places to explore on Saracen Bay.

“Truly fantastic- with amazing staff”

This place was truly exceptional. The staff are without exception, truly fantastic. We have stayed in hotels 4-5 times more expensive than this without better service ( and often not as good). Special mention to Sreymom who was a fabulous waitress at breakfast. We stayed in beach front room: large, stylish, big comfortable bed and enormous bathroom open to the sky. Room cleaning fantastic and seemed to happen without our noticing. It was New Year and the hotel invited us to join the staff playing traditional games on the beach- so much fun. The next night a party for the staff - which is great to see the management looking after them. We had two massages as they were some of the best we had, and by that point had already had 8 on this trip. It was quiet, peaceful- so pool and beach very relaxing- apparently much busier Dec/Jan but there are lots of cabanas on the beautiful beach. Breakfast à la carte and very professional and delicious. Wholly recommend.

Loved the 25m pool. Cabanas on beach. Use of kayaks and paddle boards. Walked down the beach for bbq fish. Spacious. Attentive staff if sometimes a little green.

“Anniversary Vietnam &Cambodia Adventure”

This was the best beach resort on Koh Rong Sanloem.... it was the only one that had cabana beds on the beach (Saracen Bay) IMO. Again as with all our stays (9 hotels) the staff were fantastic and made our stay. The room and facilities also were far better than anything we witnessed as we explored the island. Breakfast was A La Carte and very tasty. Pool was just in front of the restaurant and again spotless. We had the best 4 nights in N0 19 beach room with access direct onto the beach. Amazing shower &free standing bath. If you are coming try to get the Eden Pier as it is 2 minutes from the hotel - staff help you with your luggage & return tickets. Thank you for an amazing time x
