“One of our Favorit places - don’t miss out!”
The location right on the beach with all the cozy couches, hammocks, hanging and beach chairs is perfect! There are a few trees spending shadow the whole day, the location is build out of wood and looks playful and cozy. The rooms are not to big but everything is clean, the aircon is quietly and smooth, hot water is running and we slept well every night…. We even extended three times. Also there is a small fridge next to the bar where you can store stuff. Best place to chill and hang out during the day!

“Wonderful place to stay if you’re not in the top Penthouse room and don’t mind some late night noise.”
Great location right on the beach with the sea just metres away. Cosy social area with laid back vibe and nice music, shared fridge and kettle, hammocks and cushioned chairs half on half off the sand, coconut trees right beside. Nice verandas Free use of paddleboards and snorkels /masks. Tasty breakfasts. Friendly staff.

“Chilled beach house”
Location was amazing, right on the beachfront. James was a fantastic friendly host and serviced on request. Free use of beach mats, snorkling etc. Decent shower and access to kettle, fridge and water in the shared cafe. Great chilled vibes. Loved it

“Great staff and location”
The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, being right on the beach, close to the pier, and nearby the little town. There's free filtered water, and the meals made by the kitchen were always delicious.

“Great choice for MPai Bay”
Thanks team for the warm welcome for our family of 4, we had a few relaxing days staying in the star house. All slept in the attic together, all beds have mosquito nets and rooms have A/C. plenty of stuff to do and provided: stand up paddle boards, lifevests available, volleybal, badminton, boardgames and books. Also nice to know: They organise a family dinner almost daily with a 3 course menu, very affordable and I'm sure very tasty, but for our little ones it was a bit too late so we have not tried that ourselves. But the pancakes, smoothies and veg spring rolls all very nice. Beach in front all very shallow water, plenty restaurants, a little supermarket and cafes around. Sunset viewpoint walking distance.

“The perfect get away to stop and regroup away from it all”
The location is superb, right on the beach. It’s what you would maybe call basic but with so much charm and everything you need. Aircon / mos nets/ good linen/ good water pressure / cleaned daily too staff are amazing, can’t do enough for you. So helpful and really create a calm atmosphere. Lots of Chill out space provided and good tunes played, a real haven

“Rustic guesthouse in great location at Mpai Bay”
Fabulous location on the beach. Great to be able to use paddleboards and snorkels. Toasties good for lunch. Good to see no plastic bottles. Just a few steps away from the sea and plenty of nice spots to eat in mpai bay.

“Good memories”
A very chilled vibe at the Guest house. The hosts were great, the manager James and Merrick the cook. They took me snorkeling and it ended up being one of the best days I had in Cambodia
