Quiet place, private beach

Cute clean place with comfy bed. Handy location to nearby beaches but you do need good mobility to get to beach and walking up the steep driveway. Cafe at the top is very good but does get very busy as it's so popular. You also receive a 10% discount if you mention you are staying there.

“Worth every cent”

Clean and cozy, next to a tiny beach, well-styled, well-conditioned. We loved how convenient everything was: from eating at one of the best places on the island (and we've checked out a looot) that is right next door - to renting a scooter on the spot at the best price (for tenants). The contact with the host was frictionless, immediate and all our needs were met.

“A wonderful hotel to stay in when visiting Thailand”

The hotel was located in such a quiet and peaceful place, but also close to everything. The stuff was really nice and helped us with everything. And everything was clean. We even rented a motorcycle from the hotel, that was comfortable and the price was great. We had a great time

“Had a perfect 3 days on Koh Phangan”

- The room was perfect. Spacious and homely. It had a comfortable bed, kitchenette and smart tv which was a nice touch. - The staff could not have been more helpful. On top of running the lovely cafe they also helped us with booking taxis, hiring a bike and the laundry service. You also get 10% discount on the rentals and at the cafe. - Located 10-15 minute walk from Haad Yao beach however is quite hilly so would recommend using a bike.

Place was really good. Restaurant has everything you need. Place has its own beach and 5 min walk you will have a famous beach. Our host Latte was really helpful and kind. I would recommend it.

Fantastic property, beautiful views, quiet, comfy modern room, good location. Can walk down to a nice little beach. Food in the cafe is great, you also get discount here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They also help to sort out a scooter and taxis when required. Overall very good stay

“A wonderful stay”

Room is lovely, clean and super comfortable. There’s even a small private beach! Conveniently located - two restaurants next door but 10 mins walk away more beach restaurants and a 7-11. the place place for breakfast was at the cafe that is newly opened on site. Coffee and matcha were 10/10. You also get 10% if staying here The host Latte is so wonderful, she goes above and beyond to help us if we have any questions. Everything offered here is a really reasonable rate, they’re not overcharging so it makes life really easy like renting a bike and doing your laundry here. All the staff are lovely. You can tell the hosts puts her heart and soul into this place :)

Amazing 🤩 I would stay again here in a heartbeat. Everything was perfect. Very modern and clean rooms, excellent host and quiet location. I liked the little private beach area too. Cute cafe aswell.

Beautiful bungalows, all newly built with everything you could need. Bed was incredibly comfortable and AC worked well. There is a smart TV which connected to YouTube and Netflix. WiFi worked brilliantly. There is a small snack bar with prices for each item inside the room, this was incredibly appreciated when we didn’t feel like going to 7/11. The food at the cafe was AMAZING and absolutely worth a try! The beach is clean and private, good for swimming and sunbathing. The entire team were so friendly and also assisted us with scooter rental.

“Cute, quiet and comfortable 👌”

Quite area with only 4 bungalows and newly built cafe. There is also a tiny and private bay at the bottom of the hill. If you fancy a quiet night in or it's a rainy afternoon, then the Netflix offer is great!

Wonderful bungalow. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room. Really lovely staff with an excellent cafe to boot. Felt private but amongst everything. We didn’t have scooter but you can walk through neighbouring resort to get to main beach.

“It was OK but i wont stay again”

The pick up from pier service was nice but please read below, the apartment are fairly new,
