“Comfortable and super new vila”

Host is a very nice person, responsive. House is so new that some things are still in wraps. You can find everything you need, and kids enjoyed slide in pool very much

Honestly, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The villas are absolutely stunning - modern, fresh, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Everything feels new, stylish, and comfortable, creating a perfect balance between luxury and cozy island living. The atmosphere of the place is truly special. It has such a welcoming, peaceful energy that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The saltwater pool is a huge highlight - clean, refreshing, and perfect for morning swims or sunset dips. But what really makes this place stand out is the host. Kim is incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. She was always responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the stay. You can tell she puts heart into hosting. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone visiting Koh Phangan. Whether you’re here to relax, explore the island, or just enjoy a beautiful stay - this villa is a perfect choice. I would absolutely come back.

“Great location”

It’s a new property And more in the making Around the same vicinity There is much noice around In the day. Landlords were amazing Understood the concern And gave me a fair discount.

Cousy house, good location, near the store and beach, also there is a mua thai place nearby. Owners very nice and pleasant.

“Not worth it”

One of the worst experience in koh Phangan with this property . We have arrived 15 min. Before check - in time , and those who supposed to check us in, told us, that cleaning might be longer for another hour , because cleaning Burmese guy have arrived to do his job 20 min before our check-in . On that , i haven’t been agree , so I called a manager , she said sorry sorry you can enter the property at 14:00, so we did, and all was wet , floors , tables , surfaces. I almost felt over by slippery. Next unexpected thing was , right behind of our houses , there was a construction process . Nobody informed us . On my question why nobody did it , only excuses . As a result , every day morning we couldn’t sleep well , because of noise outside . Drain in the toilet was extremely smell everyday . Poor service , poor management, poor communication. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

“A perfect stay”

Our villa was completely spotless. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. The owner was genuine and couldn’t be more accommodating for us. We stayed here 5 nights (wish it could have been longer). Location good with shops in a 5-10 minute walk. Clean bedding, shower room and living room facilities. The hammock and large balcony area was a lovely added touch. Couldn’t fault this place. We will be back if in the area! Thank you!!

I stayed there for 3 nights. The owner is a very nice man. He has many services like motorbike rental and taxi. I really enjoyed my stay and would pick this place again!
