The location right on Charley beach was great, the people were very friendly and helpful, helping us sort a tailored tour to emerald cave and Sabai beach. We also saw monkeys!

Most friendly stuff, very helpful with all issues we had. They did everything to make our stay very comfortable. Greatest view.

This place truly feels like a 10-star view from the terrace, with a stunning beach right in front of you. We absolutely loved staying here. The beach is beautiful, the bungalow is very cozy and clean, and the restaurant serves excellent breakfasts. There’s also a small night bar a bit further away if you feel like having a drink in the evening. The beach itself is incredible, and one of the island’s famous rock formations is very close — you can even kayak there directly from the house. The hosts are wonderful and will do everything to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. The whole place has a calm, beautiful atmosphere. We really loved the island and the mood here. Everything is nearby and easy to reach. After exploring most of the island, we truly felt that this location — with the bungalows right on the beach — is the best spot the island has to offer.

“Beautiful location and kind staff, but the property feels very outdated.”

The location was right on the beach and felt like a small community. The staff were very kind. Having air conditioning was a plus, and the refrigerator and electric kettle were convenient. Breakfast was à la carte rather than a buffet, which I really appreciated.

It's the best location on the entire island, super convenient , absolutely incredible and equally as friendly staff. Genuinely wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

The place is basic and location is stunning 10/10. Mr Chai and the staff are outstanding and cant do enough for you on your stay! Free breakfast and the spring rolls are amazing. The hospitality recieved was incredible. I would have stayed longer if there was space. Thanks had a great stay :)

“Couldn't wish for a better location”

Oh my word! What a wonderful location. Any shortcomings in the accommodation can be overlooked as you really are in the best possible place. Breakfast was good and all the staff were just lovely.

Charlie Beach is absolutely beautiful. The setting really could not be more stunning. There is hardly anyone on the beach particularly first thing in the morning. The little restaurants at the end of the beach do really decent food and nice cocktails. Being able to sit on your balcony with that view made the stay really special. Breakfast was ok.

“Great sunset and peaceful but basic”

The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly, they organised longtail boat tour for us for 1,800 baht for 4 hours around the island and kradan (private) and picked us up from the beach. The bungalow itself if basic, you get what you pay for and it is cheap so you cannot really complain, just take that into consideration you are not paying for luxury. The view is amazing and you are right on the beach, there is a restaurant at end of the beach. It is best beach on island for sunset and dark everyone returns to their rooms because the animals come out. There was a monkey trying to steal breakfast but the staff scared him away. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a nice sunset and just to do nothing for a day or two and dont mind lizards etc come here, it has aircon too. If you want luxury and comfort and everything with that id say stay at the sivalia resort but your paying double if not triple the price
