“Enjoyed good old style of hotel service”
The architect, interior, furnature, a large staircase to the mezzanine, waterfall from lounge bar, silver cutlery at breakfast table. English speaking stuff, morning paper on the door, on the same day dry ckeaning service at reasonable price.

“I would highly recommend it if you want to be treated well. The staff are incredible to work with.”
The location mostly. It's 5-7minute walk to the Kofu Station. Also, some small self businesses around the area, within walking distance. The lobby is well presented and well taken care of.
