It's a good location, but the guesthouse feels abandoned there are no staff a all or human presence I don't think they clean the kitchen at all or even the bathroom it's feel quite gross but the beds are comfortable and there are a lot to do around and it's cheap but yeah if not to regarding of cleanliness it can be a good option

Good: Price, location, bed was clean and comfortable, light & power outlet on bed Bad: very small bathroom for each room, cleanliness of the whole place a little questionable, have to put on bedsheet yourself All in all the place was ok for the one night and price I paid (15€) and I would choose it again just to sleep for one night But I won't stay there for much longer, since it's really quite run down and you can see that it's not cleaned often. For example there is dust everywhere.There is also no staff, you need to do a self check-in, but this didn't bother me. If you're looking for a place to hang out and meet other travelers, this is not the right place. But if you just need a place to sleep for 1-2 nights, it's ok.

The little common space is a bit messy but comfy. And you can find the necessary. The staff seem very nice.

I staid one more night cause I met great people there. And As no one there, it feels like we were at friend's place.

I basically had the room to myself. it also had aircon which was great.

a pretty good guesthouse for a good price. this guesthouse is about a 5-10 minute walk to the station, all flat and pretty much all straight. there's a family mart about 5 minutes away which is nice, and many restaurants and bars closer towards the station. check in was easy and contactless,bed were comfy enough, and rooms were pretty clean. bathrooms could be cleaner but nothing outwardly dirty, and they are in the rooms. there is a bar downstairs, but I personally never saw any staff members during my whole stay. overall for the price, it was decent enough for a couple nights stay but probably not many more.

Incredibly nice staff and a great location to see Kofu and the surrounding areas

The hostel wasn’t clean at all. There was even a old, used bandaid at my pillow. Didn’t Seem like they had washed or corner anything for a long time. Would not recommend this hostel

The staff is very friendly, we spent a night talking and drinking Umeshu (made by them) together. Room was warm and the bathroom clean. Super reccomended!
