The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Though the hotel is very old. The room was large enough to stay with 2 adults.

Nice breakfast, very close to the Kofo rail station, No English speaker, so it's better to get translation software with you.

“all the staff members were very kind and caring”
i miss my last train and ended up in Kofu. i booked a room online around 11:00 pm and my train was to arrive at the destination at 0:35… A staff member kindly called me to ensure that the front desk is open 24 hours so i don’t have to worry. Very kind!

The name on this hotel is Kofu Prince Hotel, then the Kanji characters for asahikan. Because you (booking.com) call it a Asahikan made it very difficult to find the hotel. Please use the correct name in the future.

“Friendly staff, worn interior but clean!”
Exactly what I look for in a budget hotel. A bit outdated interior and worn for sure, but clean and even has a free, filling Japanese breakfast. Great location, and the staff were so friendly.
