Pros: Good customer service. Easy to locate and easy to get taxis. Friendly and responsive staff. Kitchen, hall, and dining area were clean and neat. Peaceful and quiet environment.

I recently completed a three-dayq stay and had a wonderful experience overall. The room and bed were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable environment. I was also impressed by the facilities; both the kitchen and the sitting area were well-equipped, making the space feel like a home away from home. The staff members at Bays Villa were incredibly friendly and serviceable, always ready to assist with a smile. The only minor issue was that I didn’t receive the Wi-Fi password until my third day. While I am certain this was not intentional, it is a small detail that could be streamlined for future guests. Despite that, the quality of the service and the comfort of the accommodations were top-notch. I would love to experience their service again and highly recommend staying at Bays Villa, Koforidua!
