We arrived at night and stayed only two nights but everything was just perfect. Very cozy place with comfortable beds, plenty of space to store your things and parking place right in front of the house. If you speak dutch, you can also play some boardgames :) communication with the owners was also great, unfortunately we didn't get to meet as we were away most of the time. Public transport is nearby so you can get easily to Alkmaar and back. Would definitely come back!

“Amazing stay in Koedijk”
Yvonne and Thomas are amazing hosts, we will come back for sure. The house is well equipped with everything you might need The position is the best if you're looking for a calm stay outside the city, which isn't far in any case. 10 out of 10
