Boerderij Hazenveld is located on the countryside of Kockengen and only 5 km away from the Haarrijnse Plas. It offers spacious non-smoking rooms with free parking on site. “Lovely stay”
Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely location. Family friendly. Spacious room. Lots of toiletries available to use. If you enjoy walks and castles in the countryside this is the perfect location. Very tranquil. We walked to the nearby castle which is the largest caste in the Netherlands. We enjoyed our stay. Nice breakfast.

“Very nice, quiet, clean place.”
This is a quiet place. At least quiet from people, but there are animals around the farm. If you are into the camping feeling, you will love this palce. They have a lot of tools and stuff. The owner suggested a very good restaurant!

“Everything was great!”
The host was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome. There's a kitchen available for guests, and everything was really clean and well-kept. We couldn't get up close to the two goats in the yard, but just watching them from a distance totally made us smile. There's no elevator, but it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, it was such a great place to stay — I'd definitely choose it again next time I visit the Netherlands. Highly recommend!

“Beautiful location and caring owners.”
Wonderful stay at this place. The location was incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The owner was friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Being so close to Utrecht, it was easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil place to stay near Utrecht. I’ll definitely come back!

“Idyllic and peaceful”
Beautiful location, surrounded by fields and waterways. Really quiet and peaceful setting. Marianne our host was very helpful and knowledgeable about places of interest nearby and further afield. Hotel had all the comforts of home, such as a kitchen with cooker, fridge, kitchenware etc. Lovely modern bathroom with toiletries.

“The beautiful and peaceful setting will make for an excellent stay.”
The thoughtfulness and kindness of our host was heartwarming. They take the time to talk to you, to guide you if you have any questions. The accommodation is incredibly clean and this makes a big difference compared to other accommodation we have tried in the past. A plus that we are not used to is that we had the right to have some refreshments in our room at our disposal (something that is becoming rare in booking hotels/gites).

“Perfect for our short stay”
A really calm farm, perfect for our 2 nights stay. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable. Marianne was very welcoming, kind and accomodating. I recommend the place ! :)
