A very laidback, but charming guesthouse near the Alps. Everything works. Super cool playroom and courtyard for kids with lots of games. A sunny terrace. Kitchen where you can make yourself tee or coffee, eggs, sandwiches with the provided ingredients. Very friendly personnel.

The location was perfect, within easy driving distance to the lake. Clean accommodation. Beautiful view from the terrace.

Great location, easily accessible if taking the train (just across street from Kochel station). Friendly staff, and given option of taking a special card providing access to public transport around the area plus entry discounts. Clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor area to sit and read or just relax after a long walk.

Cosy place with nice sitting areas outside. You can bring your own food and sit outside and eat in the evening. Cuttlery, plates snd glasses were available.

Use of kitchen area for drinks, etc. Games room and outside space was very useful. Owners/staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very convenient for train station but still very quiet.

Very clean close to public transportation and grocery as well as restaurants morning coffee at the balcony with Mountain View was the best of all. Check in instructions pretty cool and the lady was very nice and courteous 🥰

Good breakfast till 11 am. The hotel is right in front of a relatively frequent road, but we had a room facing the mountains, so it was very quiet and a great view as a bonus. There is a big terrace as well. Free coffee / tea / mineral water was a nice touch. Check-out till 12 am is also nice.

“Really good money value hotel”

The breakfast was amazing and had everything you need to get energy for a good hiking trip or a trip to the lake. The room was small but enough since we were away the whole time. There is a terrace where you can relax in the evening. The hotel has a water dispenser which we used a lot to fill up our bottles for our trips. It was also really helpful that there were 3 areas where you could park your car. The location was pretty good, in walking distance we had a supermarket, a petrol station and a bus station. When you check in you receive a card for a 5€ deposit which allows you to use the busses and gets you a discount in some museums and other locations.
