“Nice location, not super comfortable but it does the job for 1 or 2 nights!”
The building is well located with the bus coming down the street. The room was fit for purpose, and we had our own toilet.

Amazing value for money, lovely location. Easy to check in and check out. Beds were comfy. It was 30 degrees when we visited and the room didn't get too too hot which was great.

“One night stay for a trek”
I loved the food in the restaurant. The online check-in and check-out was perfect. The rooms were neat. The bathroom is shared one and the shower place is common for men and woman with a curtain covered showers.

Location was good, bus stop just in front of the house, train station also in walking distance, as well as Kochel lake. Everything was new and clean.

“Mountain View Horror.”
This place is more suited for animals than people. Too little space for everything and state of repair in the rooms. For 8 people 10-12 square meters, the layout is terrible. There is no chair or table, only beds. No lobby or any common room where you can re-sort your personal belongings ( had to do it outside). No kitchen or anything similar. All in all not even for such a low price. I booked two nights but only slept one. There are no doors in the toilet cubicles (common for men and women) on the second floor. There is no lock on the shared bathroom door either, instead there is a makeshift sign (occupied/free). In the shower (common for men and women) the same story, as in the toilet and stick out electric wires from the wall. Photo attached.

We were very tired after a long day of hiking and just want to get the room key and check in quick. But the receptionist let us wait for a while because she had to talk one of her colleague. I 've just realize I only have to pay the Kurtaxe for only 2.5eur /person. But turned out we paid 15 eur for 5 people. Why?

“The worst experience on booking.”
That is a restaurant not an hostel, you sleep next to the kitchen with stink of food. Dirty bed sheet and dirty bathrooms. The main doors is closed after midnight you cannot go out and come back in. Bad communication with the staff . They reply by automatic mail. They also ask me 3,20€ for a glass of tap water. Awful.
