At a glance the Hotel appearance reveals itself, the restaurants, lobby and common areas are all completely refurbished. It now contains 24 Standard, 10 Comfort, 3 Deluxe and 8 Deluxe Jacuzzi Rooms with 5 Family Suites and 2 Corner Suites which will make you feel at home, #homeawayfromhome. The Lobby is designed with cafe-themed office concept, and with the fast fiber wifi in the lobby and common areas, you can work easily, and make your business trip a remarkable experience. Apart from the Standart Rooms, all of the other rooms are renewed at New Balturk. All of our Suites are 55 square meters wide, and they include living rooms, Smart LED TVs, separate bedrooms, and a private bathrooms in each room. Our Comfort Rooms and Deluxe rooms are newly decorated. And these double rooms feature air conditioning, soundproofing, tea/coffee maker and wide-screen LED TVs with fast fiber Wifi. In addition to the Comfort Rooms, Deluxe Rooms have balcony and Smart LED TV in each room and Deluxe Jakuzzi Rooms are also the same, plus with the jacuzzi inside the bathroom. We had a great stay here! The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied - plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the secure parking. Highly recommended!

All the rooms were smoked in, dirty, and there was a mess everywhere. This is not the first time we’ve used this hotel, and everything had always been fine before. We were very unpleasantly surprised.

I was bothered by the fact that it smells like cat urine everywhere, including in the room. I could barely sleep! Disturbing! I never want to stay at that hotel again. You need to do a total sanitation.
