My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional conduct of the staff made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my future trips

The hotel is rated 5 stars on Booking.com, but the reality is completely different. This is not the first time I face such an issue, as I usually rely on ratings when booking, and unfortunately, the hotel does not even deserve 3 stars.

“Very bad experience — outdated furniture, no air conditioning, rude staff. Not even worth one star. Absolutely not recom”
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The furniture is extremely worn out, and there is no proper air conditioning throughout the entire property — the cooling is barely functional. The electrical appliances are outdated and in poor condition. The reception staff were the worst part of the stay: unprofessional, impolite, and completely unhelpful, showing no courtesy or concern for guests. This hotel does not deserve even a single star. I strongly advise against staying here — it was a truly unpleasant experience from start to finish.
