We stayed on the second floor. The room wasn't big, but it was bright and the location was perfect. The breakfast selection was very limited, and there wasn't even coffee. You could clearly hear the street, though. The location was perfect.

“With EU $76 per night is far too high , not value for money .”
Breakfast is bad , every day the same and foods are cold . Location of hotel is good near to public transportation. Around with many restaurants.
