The location was as described with proximity to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The garden area is very well maintained. The owner was very nice and very helpful, he even got us some charcoal from the local market on a rainy day. There is space for 2 or 3 cars inside the gates. Good location to stay with easy access to points of interest around the area and close to Batumi.
