“Incredible Hosts, Relaxing place, Everything You need”
Another visit to this Hotel. Incredible hosts... made Us feel special. Whatever We needed was sorted in seconds. Rooms- good size for 2+2, comfortable, very clean, lift very handfull. Pool bar- Really good wine, nice place to chill. Swimming pool - fairly big, warm water, very clean. Many restaurants around. Kobouleti beach and a big park with children playground... 150 m away. Beautiful Ureki beach 18min by bolt taxi (around 20 Lari). Greetings from Poland

Excellent hotel! We have been staying there for several years in a row. and not only us, but also our friends on our recommendation. Excellent rooms with everything you need. Included in the room price is a varied hearty breakfast with daily changing options. Very tasty lunches to order in the hotel restaurant right in the courtyard. The road to the sea takes 3-5 minutes and runs through a beautiful landscaped pine park

“Nice short stay - good value for money”
New tall building with a view, pool, bar. We were before the season - the village is still extinct. The facility for this reason did not offer breakfast, we were informed. Close to the beach. The owner very friendly and helpful. I recommend in high season!

The hotel has a perfect location,as it is close to markets,cafes,restaurants, bus stop and the main spot- the sea🙌 Staff is very friendly,polite and always caring for guests. The room had a mountain and pool view,it was really amazing . There is a cafe in the yard and gives wide all sorts of delicious food

“Great hotel for family stay”
We loved everything - especially the pool area (we couldnt get the kids out). Its a great choice for family holidays - sea is just 2 minutes away - across the road (with shower, changing cabin and toilets), good location - lots of shops (Nikora, Daily and smaller shops), plenty of cafes. Breakfast buffet had lots of options for every taste. Room was clean and good equipped with all necessary things (conditioner, tv, fridge, kettle, closet, toiletries - shower gels,slippers, toothbrushes). Bathroom had rain shower and good water pressure. The staff was very attentive and sweet. Overall very good value for money, strongly recommend.

“Nice hotel near black sea”
Nice hotel with car parking. Big room with good ventilation, the view from balcony was good. Its very close to Black sea. Its around ~1km from the city, so no noise and sound. stay was very peaceful

“A quite comfortable hotel near the beach”
The location was great! The room was tiny for three but clean and fully equipped. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The pool and area around it was clean and comfortable.

1) price was quite good 2) there was really mountains and see view (but make sure it is not construction view cause there's also that option:)) 3) not bad furniture 4) staff was friendly and qualified

It was an amazing stay! Rooms are cleaned well, with heating which works perfect. We enjoyed cafe near the swimming pool which is closed from wind at winter time; it is very comfortable to sit there with friends or watch football match. Also you can buy there very good home wine. Host is very attentive to each guest and super friendly. Definately will come here again.
