The owner was extremely nice and helpful. She was open to answer all questions. The room was really clean and nice. Also whole infrastructure was really well planned.

“Clean and comfotable rooms near the sea”
Very nice and clean apartments, very close to the sea. The owner speaks English so communication was very easy. Each room has a balcony and air conditioning which is a great asset when it's hot. All the equipment in the room was in full working order, the kitchen well equipped.

When I first arrived, I was immediately asked to cancel my reservation. When I said "I can't", the guy became hostile with me. If you want to scam Booking.com out of their fees, don't get mad because I have a conscience. Maybe you just feel okay with stealing from people you can't see. I myself an an online business person so it really disappoints me when people think they can commit fraud against people running a website. Then after the guy became noticeably angry when I said I wouldn't cancel my booking, he then told me to leave them a good review. With this lack of concern for guests, you don't deserve any positive reviews. I was there only two minutes before they started demanding things from me. Maybe because I was alone so he and his wife felt like they could gang up on me.

“Great place”
It was a very good place, clean, comfortable rooms with all facilities. Hostesses were very polite and kind. The guest house was near the sea and in the center of Kobuleti. We highly recommend to stay in guest house Madona.
