This hotel is basically bookended by Sannomiya and shin Kobe stations, so you have your pick. Close to Sannomiya station there is a lovely street full of bars and restaurants. Close to Sannomiya station there js also access to the airport bus. The hotel is comfortable and has all the usual stuff available in case you’ve forgotten anything! Really clean and the staff are friendly.

Good location and very quiet at night. The staff let me store my bags until check in time which was also greatly appreciated. I skipped breakfast due to time constraints so can't really comment on it but it looked substantial enough at the restaurant next door.

“An alright stay in Kobe”
The reception staff were all friendly. The location is ok - you can walk to the main parts of Kobe but the stations are a little far if you're pulling a suitcase. The bed was comfy.

Out of 4 different stays during my trip I loved this hotel the most out of 4. It is clean and fresh, very friendly personal and always eager to help, although not all of them could communicate well in English but all did their best to help, their service impressed me the most. The room was more than enough for one person with the luggage. Coffee/tea downstairs and a good selection of toiletries. Good security system and they accept your luggage to store before and after check-in in a separate room which made me feel safe. Thank you for the care and the nice atmosphere created.

The hotel is located 7-10 minutes from the Kobe-Sannomia subway station and the limousine bus stop from Kansai Airport, as well as from the two JR lines. The room was clean and comfortable. There's a 24-hour restaurant with delicious food nearby, very convenient if you arrive late at night.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is inbetween Shin-Kobe and Sannomiya station so it’s very easy to get around. Also several konbinis very close to the hotel.

It was the perfect location for me attending Kobe Jazz Street festival. Close to both Sannomiya station and Shin-Kobe station.
