“It could be better if the hotel was renewed.”
The location is not in the center of the famous street, but it's fine to take a walk there within 10 minutes. The breakfast is vety good. The staff's hospitality is great. Enough parking spaces for cars.

“Very comfortable, good size room(western + tatami area on 6th floor) and large onsen.”
Nice breakfast selection. Hotel located on a hill but close enough to walk to town centre. Would be challenging for the elderly or those with heavy luggage

Osen was fantastic and breakfast was excellent even during Covid restrictions. Easy walk to Arima Osen township, and good walking tracks all nearby.
