“Great location and comfy room”
Right next to Sannomiya station making it easy to get about and most places were within walking distance. Room was clean with plenty of facilities which you could pick up in the lobby if you needed (e.g. tea, coffee, cotton buds, toothbrush) which was helpful and not wasteful. Bed was very comfy. Dimmable lights allowed you to adjust them lighting to what suits you best.

“Stop over in Kobe”
The hotel is within easy reach of Sannomiya station, the town and all facilities with a convenience store just outside. The room is small but has everything you need including a fridge and kettle. Tea, coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush etc etc are available to help yourself to in the lobby. The staff were very helpful and check-in and check-out were easy. They happily kept our bags for a few hours after check out. We stayed twice for one night each time as we travelled Japan - all in all, a great stay.

“Great place to stay”
The staff were welcoming and helpful. All the extras we could need were available for us to help ourselves to (eg. Pyjamas, toothbrush, paste, brush, teas, coffee etc etc). The room was comfy and the location near Sannomiya station was ultra convenient.

The hotel is very close to Sannomiya bus terminal and train stations, a convenient location. There are many stores, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The room is well maintained and clean.

“Nice and comfortable stay for a competitive price”
Great location and while it was next to the train station, we were not bothered at all by the sounds. The matress was comfortable and the room very clean. The check in and check out process was easy and could be done by yourself.
