“Great stay, will stay again if in kobe”
Location was very good, near to train station restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good. Room clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful

“5 night stay in Kobe”
Excellent hotel in location at the station so easy to get to. Allthough the restaurant on the 29th floor is seperate from the hotel we reserved a table with an outlook of the hills. Food, wine and staff were brilliant. Take a day trip to the cable car and herb gardens, stunning.

The location was excellent, very central. The view from the 28th floor was spectacular. The room was very well appointed and had mineral water every day. The cleaning options, including just a change of towels and water was very helpful.

“Fantastic stay in Kobe”
Great hotel in Kobe on top of the station only metres from the city loop bus ,train to Osaka ,himeji ,airport bus .situated with lots of restaurants ,family mart and a deli /market downstairs .The location is excellent .Reception is on the 17th floor .The staff were welcoming and very helpful and friendly . We stayed in a corner room high floor ,the room was modern ,clean and a good size with a lovely bathroom with seperate shower…The view was amazing .I did get to look at the other rooms that weren’t corner rooms and they were small but modern and compact .would definitely return to this hotel .

“Convenient and enjoyable.”
Very convenient location right on top of the Sannomiya station. However, better instruction to the hotel could be provided. It is actually part of the Hankyu Building.
