“Large comfortable room and a restaurant that was outstanding”
The hotel has very large rooms which were well appointed. For the price it was excellent. The restaurant on the top floor was brilliant we had a personal chef and and the food was outstanding.

“Stay here if you are driving”
Room is clean and spacious, I have all my three luggage opened and lying around, not cramped at all! Plenty of parking just in the basement, unlike most of the hotels in Kobe which would suggest you park in a parking complex near the hotel.

The room is spacious and the hotel is part of a shopping centre complex, so dining and shopping are convenient. The room is a bit dated, but it is clean.

“A Quiet getaway.”
Our room was big and spacious. There was enough closet space and amenities. the beds were comfortable ..we also had an extra sofa bed which was also very comfortable. The location was quiet, which was just what we wanted.

Conveninetly situated just in front of the subway in the outskirt of Kobe, nice and spaciuos room even though a bit old fashion. The bathroom in my room was wonderful

There was a soft serve ice cream machine on the buffet!! It had a wide selection of food and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. There was also a pool, with a jacuzziand gym on the 6th floor. For 1,100 yen you could spend the day there. The second floor had direct access to a convenience store.

“Size surprise Kobe”
Usually try to avoid big chain hotels however was glad we tried this one. Firstly this super nice guy at the hotel entrance was very helpful & polite giving us a carpark right at the front door of this huge hotel! Checked in & our room was very very spacious well apointed & with a gorgeous view. This hotel is away from main Kobe area but very close to the train station & a shopping mall. Room was on a high level have included a pic from the room. It had all the usual Japanese ammenities inn the bathroom as well as suit/jacket spray, shoe shine, fridge all the body wash/hair gel/ toothbrushes etc you could ever need.Two very big comfortable beds a very enjoyable stay.

Clean hotel room, comfortable and big enough for 3 people. 2 double beds, 1 single bed and bathroom, incl. amenities. It was exactly as it looked in the photos. Close to the trainstation, restaurants and shops. Car parking 800 Yen/24 hour rate
