“A bit pricey for what you get”
Nice view from the room. The bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant, did not speak english though, but we got by.

“Convenient”
The view from the high rooms is beautiful. The price-quality ratio is good. Around 10 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station. Breakfast is good. Everything is clean. The laundry room is easy to use. It is possible to have bicycles.

“a disappointing vacation”
I don't think this is a 3 star hotel. Bed feels itchy when lying down no tea or coffee as shown in the photo in the booking details on booking.com The bathroom only had a toothbrush, no comb or razor as described. The toilet has probably not been cleaned carefully. There is still a black stain.

“A very comfortable and convenient business hotel that is great value fr money.”
The breakfasts were very nice and a huge range of food on offer. There was more than enough food and there was never a feeling from the staff that you should hurry up and eat, then go. I spent more than an hour over a leisurely breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the main station was a big help.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a slightly bigger room, and the bathroom was enormous compared to the ones we encountered in similarly priced Japanese hotels before with a full-length tub. The staff was very friendly, and both the check-in and check-out process were quick and stress-free.

“Convenient to the centre of Kobe, very reasonably priced”
Lovely reception downstairs with complimentary hot drinks and a range of little consumables. The lifts were very decorative too.

The room was fine, couldn't walk around the bed though as it was against a couple of walls. Nice bath and breakfast was included which we did not expect.

“20 min walking from the center, room larger than usual in Japan”
The area is quite but not central. Still, it is about 20 minutes walking from the main station and the center, so not that far. The room was larger than usual for the price compared to other hotels in Japan.
