Night view : "the shine of ten million of dollars" is true. Even in day time, it's very pleasant to see the port from the breakfast restaurant. Service was excellent.

“3 nights in Portopia Hotel”
We are staying at Kobe Portopia Hotel the 4th time. The hotel is very impressive, rooms are bigger than the average room size in Japan. Bed is comfortable. The shuttle bus service to Sannomiya and Shinkobe station is very convenient. Breakfast served on the 30th floor with a nice view. Recommended.

“Great place to stay in Kobe”
My travel partner had problem walking at the time. They allowed us to park in front of the front entrance, helped with our luggage, and later my partner was able to use their wheelchair. Having a regular shuttle bus service to Sannomiya was great. The room was spacious and had a great view of the harbour.

“Great 4 star hotel maybe even 5 star 🌟”
Really beautiful lobby and hotel in general. Sweet staff, and Family mart open 24/7 inside the building. I got a room on the 18th floor and the view was amazing. The TV was great and I could use youtube wish I never could in Apa hotels

The whole facilities are generous and met all our needs with a variety of restaurants and shops. We loved the free shuttle bus service into town which was a godsend.

“Peaceful and spacious surroundings while still being close to the city centre.”
We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel located in a quiet and spacious environment. It is a little away from the central area of Sannomiya but monorail runs frequently and takes only about 10 minutes. Very clean and well maintained while staff were very friendly and helpful.

Shuttle was very good. Room was spacious and clean, but a little old. Bed was good. There was a convenience store inside the hotel which was excellent, and very useful.

The room was incredibly roomy. Like the size of a hotel room outside of Japan kind of roomy. Very clean, very quiet and nice. Would recommend!

“Very fancy, great commodities, a little far from the center”
The room was super clean and bright, the bed was really comfortable and also the structure in general was super well kept and had a lot of extra services.
