The location is awesome with a nice view of the harbor day and night. Onsen is relaxing and enjoyable. The room is comfortable, and I did enjoy sitting on the balcony to feel the beauty of Kobe. Meals provided everything you need. It has a small nice garden. The shuttle bus is convenient from Sanomiya station to the hotel. If I ever visit Kobe, I would love to stay at this place again.

“It´s the perfect place to relax in the onsen and enjoy some fantastic food on your Japan journey.”
The price is high, but you can expect a lot. The hotel rooms were great. You could choose if you prefer to sleep in big comfy western beds or prefered a Japanese futon instead (there were two rooms, so enough space to get the futons out). Maybe prepare a bit in advance, so that you know what´s going on, because the English introduction at reception is a bit shorter than the Japanese one, but the staff is always really helpful and can answer your questions. Breakfast and diner were both included and were fantastic. The sushi cook in the evening was so helpful and we tried 2-3 different sort of fish we never had before. And all the other dishes were great, too. Don´t forget to stop in time, so that there is still room for dessert ;o) The onsen on the roof is wonderful. You have an excellent night view and can see the beautiful harbour area. There is an onsen for women and one for men. First there is a big room where you undress and put your clothes in little baskets. Then there is a shower room followed by a pool, a whirlpool and the lovely onsen. And if you want to spend around 200 Yen extra, don´t forget to visit the room with the massage chairs. They are amazing.

Meals were excellent. It was the best buffet I've had. It was easy to get to the downtown district of Kobe and a bonus that it was easy access to the airport limosine bus to get to kansai

The breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Gorgeous views from the room. Having english speaking front desk attendant coming to our suite to explain everything about the hotel since we speak english was very nice touch.

Onsen is good, room is modern Japanese style new and clean. Swimming pool the water is 28 degrees and can enjoy swimming even during winter / only 7 degrees outdoor.

“Perfect view and facilities at an unique location”
Location is unique with wide 180 degree Seaview and a quiet area of the Kobe port. Free shuttle bus is convenient. The hotel is very well maintained, room is comfortable, nicely decored and in good size with a balcony. Onsen is well designed and clean. The room package is inclusive of two meals which are of good quality. The garden area just in front of the hotel is very relaxing too.
