Wonderful hotel! The staff was excellent. Our room was clean, offering a magnificent view of the mountains, the city, and the sea. The location is very convenient, with beautiful walking areas, the promenade, and shopping malls all within walking distance. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Sannomiya Station, which is incredibly handy. We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

“Fabulous location and facilities, well worth the little bit extra.”
Lovely ambiance, fantastic views, buffet breakfast is to die for, rooms are spacious, comfortable and the balcony is a bonus. Right on the waterfront with many eateries and shops within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel also operates a frequent and efficient shuttle service to Sannyomiya station (although not Shin-Kobe, which is about a Y2,500 taxi ride from the hotel.)

“Superb view and location”
Uninterrupted view of the ocean/sea, large comfortable room with balcony and lounge chairs. The hotel has great services including regular shuttle bus to the train station, and excellent breakfast. The location is absolutely beautiful with the open ocean view, Merriken park , ocean path, museums, malls, everything you need is there for you.

The view from the East-facing room is spectacular, offering a perfect vantage point of the Kobe Ohashi Bridge. Being located right in Meriken Park is a huge plus—the park stays lively at night and is great for a stroll. It’s a very scenic and relaxing spot to stay in Kobe.
