Location was pretty good, only a few minutes from the train/subway station. The room was very comfy and in a western style.

We had a nice room with beautiful corner windows. The twin beds were comfortable. Our room was spacious. The hotel is well located. It is a solid choice.

We only had a short overnight stay but Hotel very comfortable, friendly staff. We left our luggage at Hotel to enjoy Kobe then evening train to Tokyo Shame we didn't an extra day.

“Kobe is a nice place to enjoy.”
Unfortunately the breakfast was the weakest point of the stay. By far, the worst ever tasted in Japan. Very poor.

“Clean, comfortable and handy location with lovely staff.”
It’s clean, there was no cigarette smell in my room. It’s only a short easy walk from the station and it’s right next to China town which was really handy during February with the lantern festival and all the events. The self service check-in is quick and easy to manage and anyway, the staff are really nice and friendly and attentive. It was very nice to stay here.

“Solid hotel, little dated”
Located at a quiet street but still close to shopping streets and restaurants. Airport limousine is 5-8 mins away. Daimaru Dept Store is a solid 10 mins walk. City Loop bus stop is on the main road round the corner with 3 mins walk. Comfortable lobby area with lots of chairs and tables. Bottled water, bath salts, etc are provided near the reception area. You can check in 1:50pm onwards.
