“Excellent hotel”
Great hotel. Possibly the largest room I have had in all my stays in Japan. Very comfortable with everything I needed for my stay. Breakfast was good and varied. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is located near the docks which was perfect for daytime and nighttime sightseeing.

Very convenient location for Kobe Harborland area and JR Kobe Station. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave luggage before check-in and after checkout.

Perfect location near Kobe railway station. Just a few minute walk to the harbour with shopping and restaurants. Comfortable room and a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel I've stayed at for my 12-day trip. Nice modern interior, the hotel looks brand new. The buffet breakfast was 100% great. Free drinks in the afternoon from 3-7pm. Comfy beds. The room has all you need, a safety deposit box big enough to fit a macbook, iron steamer, smart TV, they have the biggest bath tub I've seen in hotels in Japan. Great view of the Kobe Port Tower and the ferris wheel. The staff were very helpful. You can borrow umbrellas when it's a rainy day. I stayed another night. Out of the 5 hotels I booked, this is definitely the best. It was so good that I extended another night in Kobe. I will stay here again next time I'm in Kobe.
