Kinzan is within a 5-minute walk from Arima-Onsen Train Station and Taiko Bridge. It offers Japanese-style accommodation with 2 public hot-spring baths, a restaurant and free internet in rooms. Sukiyadukuri Ryokan's guestrooms offer organic cotton pillows and Yukata robes. Each room is equipped with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Everything was just perfect. Since I was traveling with my parents, we asked for a pickup service, and the driver came right away. The staff welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and Sora, who looked after us during our 2‑day stay, couldn’t have been more kind and polite. The hotel room was spotless, and the private hot spring bath inside was amazing. Because we had the bath in our room, we were able to enjoy it several times together with my parents, and of course we also tried the public bath. Both the kaiseki dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and suited my taste perfectly. It was our first time staying at a ryokan, and we loved it. My parents even said they’d love to come back to Kinzans again next time.

“Memorable”
Such a special property. Excellent onsen which during our visits never had more than two other guests. The in room dining was outstanding - the quality of the food (at dinner and breakfast) and exceptional service by Emily made for a most memorable stay. Drinks at the piano bar were a perfect start to an evening. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so very quiet. We would happily return!

Excellent meals (dinner, breakfast, and afternoon snack) Very warm and helpful room attendant - wonderful service. Although she did not speak fluent English, she definitely tried her best and we both used Google translate pretty effectively Room was mix of modern and traditional, very beautiful (rooms in the East Wing have been recently renovated) Onsen facilities nice - particularly enjoyed the outdoor bath Nice indoor bath in the room Walking distance from town
