The gold onsen is great , the staff is nice and helpful !!! They help me solve my personal issue ! And it is easy to contact them through hotel.com app! U can request for shuttle to go to hotel !

Staff are very helpful and friendly, the hotel has an exceptional interior design, new and modern. The onsen is the signature gold bath. The included meals are excellent, dinner is traditional onsen hotel menu, with more than 1x courses. The breakfast is also fantastic, many dishes using local products. There is even late night supper provided, dan dan noodles!

The children meal was fun. It was like a mystery box. My kid loved it! I also like they did provide yukata for kids. It was a nice stay for our family.

Embracing the whole Japanese ryokan experience, wearing the yukata, getting out of our comfort zones using the onsen, the food, the beds, it was all great. Pick up from Arima Onsen was seamless.

The onsen and the meals provided were excellent as expected. Did not expect puffer fish on my salad though. Tasted excellent and no side effects

“Relaxing stay”

The property is dated but clean and quiet and well maintained. In house onsen is the iron and salt water and is great. Dinner is good. You get served a full Japanese dinner. We stayed two days and both days the menu was different. The breakfast consists of both Japanese and Western menu. Surrounding area is quiet and near hiking paths. We were near to the arima ropeway station (500 meters) .

Staff there were all cheerful and friendly. Ramen at night was a bonus:)

The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good choices of mostly Japanese food. We booked a half-board and the dinner course (Japanese) was excellent. The 'Tatami' rooms are spacious and could even accommodate a full family. The view from the room was partly towards mountains and partly onto other hotel buildings. They have only the common/shared Gold hotspring bath (yellow-brown colored water), but not the Silver bath (clear colored). The hotel personnel was very kind and helpful.
