Everything. Villa Fontaine is my usual go-to hotel when I stay in Sannomiya. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and the hotel conveniently located in the heart Sannomiya less than 5 minutes from the station. Plus during the 'Happy Hour' you can enjoy free drinks and snacks in the lobby.

The staff is unbelievable friendly, especially a guy in charge of cleaning my room in 9th floor, he is apparently not a Japanese but super nice and clean the room perfectly everyday.

“Overall, very nice experience!”
Friendly service, free luggage storage before check-in and after check out. One of our luggage was broken with a missing wheel, the staff still treated it kindly, lifted and shifted it carefully for us, we really appreciated about that. The happy hour in the afternoon was a surprise, as it was not mentioned when we booked the hotel; the variety of the snacks were sufficient and enjoyable, which made the happy hour genuine. A small shopping mall was next door to the hotel, including a supermarket, cosmetics, Daiso, and several convenient shops and restaurants nearby.
