The room was spacious and clean. Car park is just underneath the hotel, so very convenient, and the daily fee of Y1500 is reasonable.

Connects directly to the train station, has lots of stores like convenience stores, grocery, cafe, etc. In the building and area. Was easy to navigate to via trains as a foreigner. Offer lots of toiletries like Toothbrushes, skin care and teas.

“An economical option in Kobe but far from everything”
Rooms are spacious and it's a vey quiet location so sleep was ideal. There is a small mall next to it with supermarket and cafe, while more things to do for families. Helpful spot for guests with cars. Didn't taste the in-site restaurant to comment on that.

“Reconsider check out time.”
The worst part of staying in Japan. The check out time is 10 am but check in time is 3 pm. It means that I pay for the whole day but stay the half day.

“Our Stay at Hotel Plaza Kobe”
It was a very memorable stay at Hotel Plaza Kobe. I highly recommend for those travellers that want a peaceful and relaxing stay. It just a couple of train stations to Osaka, the nearby hotel has bus stations to Universal Studios Japan and shopping district in Sanomiya good for elderly persons. The staff of the hotel are very courteous and helpful even assisted me when I lost my personal belongings in the train. We will definitely comeback specifically their skybbq grill which serves premium Kobe beef and chicken

“Wonderful stay in a friendly and comfortable environment”
Loved this hotel! Situated on artificial island just before the city, easily accessible by monorail and the hotel is next door to one of the stops. Very convenient. Very friendly staff, eager to help/accomodate. Big plus also for the wonderful breakfast.
