It is close to the bus station. Has it's private onsen. People were polite and helpful. The food was excellent. The best place we ever stayed. Definitely will come back.

The location was excellent, everything was beautiful, and the service was very good. The indoor onsens were amazing, and there is a great onsen nearby that guests can use for free.

Really like that there are two shared private baths to use. Both contain a steam room. The staff were very accommodating for the food preference and allergies. Very polite staff.

“Authentic property and dining experience”

The best part is the Kaiseki dining experience, scrumptious with a very authentic grills and preparation. Yumz! There are only two private onsen rooms, no need to book. We were unsure about cleanliness and hygiene as they were high usage.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff is very nice, the room and the whole hotel are extraordinarily beautiful. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a Kaiseki dinner and breakfast and it was delicious. The hot spring was perfect for relaxing. I would always come back!

Really lovely old Japanese inn with an onsen in the house. Also, the nearby main hotel's onsen could be used, which was a big boon.

Typical ancient ryokan, everything was simply amazing and we had such a good time there! At the beginning I was afraid we would have to wait much to use the onsens, but it's all well managed. Highly recommend dinner option.

Its restaurant has amazing chefs, food is beautiful and amazingly delicious. The staff is so friendly and professional. Its facilities are new and convenient in every aspect. It’s Onsen has quality volcanic water and is private and so convenient as the hotel caters small numbers of guests. It is located in the center of Arima onsen, so convenient to walk about nearby vibrant shops and restaurants and only 15 mins walk away from cable car station.

We spent a wonderful 2 nights at this enchanting hotel to celebrate our 5-year anniversary. From the room to the food, the building and the Onsen, it was a celebration for all the senses. The food was exceptional - from dinner to breakfast, the dishes were prepared with the freshest ingredients, all sourced locally. What made the stay truly special was the staff, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

Very nice stay - beautiful location, excelent kaiseki dinner. Staff was very helpful and polite. Two private baths on the territory. Recommend visiting in Arima Onsen.
