Affordable, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable

Really great location, close to the train station. Price was affordable, staff and owners were super helpful and kind. Space was very clean and unique and there were a number of common areas to hang out in, both inside and outside, which made the space super comfy. Rooms were quiet and you have quite a good amount of privacy. Overall quite spacious, quiet and friendly hostel with good staff, easy check-in and unique design. Would definitely recommend.

Great hostel. Comfy beds with a lot of privacy for a hostel. Kitchen area was well sized with different seating areas to relax. A little far from the main sights in the city but very accessible via metro. Well worth the price.

The place was cozy and cute. Hosts (Jerry and the other person, I don't know his name) were friendly and helpful. There are two stations (Shinkaichi and Minatogawa Station) that are within 5-7 minutes walking distance. I had a wounderful time and would definitely stay again if I am in kobe again!

The staff at the Hostel were very welcoming and helpful. It was a great experience and I am a bit sad I didn't stay for longer.

Everything was fine until when I double paid my stay, the staff did not carefully check the amount. They said they would try to transfer money to me, but I waited for almost 3 days to no avail! As a gesture of goodwill, I offered them to count it in as a voucher for my future stay, but then after that I received no answer! Money wasn't the only issue, but I was also disappointed at their unwillingness to resolve such problems.

“comfortable stay for solo/budget travellers in kobe”

We were 2 people and even though they say its in a 4 bunk bedded dorm, it sort of was a room for us, with only a hole in the wall seperating it from the other room and making it a one full dorm. there was ample space inside the room and we lived there comfortably for 6 nights. very near to a metro station and there is a familymart just opposite.

As we had booked the 2 larger rooms for myself & my family, we also had our own bathrooms, so only had to share toilets. The staff were very welcoming, and helpful, and as this was a hostel, there were good communal spaces we could all use, incouding the kitchen. This meant we could make snacks and breakfast etc, (which helps with keeping costs down) and lots of free tea & coffee! Excellent value for money compared to `budget` hotels which have no facilities.

Located in an accessible part of the city. The place was clean, but having dedicated staff to always keep an eye out on cleanliness would’ve been better. Hot water in the showers are a gamble; sometimes there’s hot water, sometimes not.

We liked its unique interior and outdoor spaces. The space was clean and funky and it was a bit different from what you’d expect in Japan, which is fun.

The space is really big, far beyond expectations, and the front desk service attitude is great!
