Beautiful traditional japanese house. The service and the food (dinner & breakfast) were amazing, something that otherwise we would not have tasted. The onsen was perfect; and we had the opportunity to use the onsen privately.

Loved the friendly staff, the fact that that went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. For my parents they were nice enough to give a room on the ground floor

The staff Kaiseki dinner was amazing! It’s a small old ryokan, very quiet with only sounds of nature There weren’t many other guests so we were always alone when visiting onsen baths

The overall traditional experience, but I have to mention as the biggest highlight the dinner and breakfast also in the local style. It was delicious and served piece by piece directly to our room. And there's also a private onsen which we got to enjoy together 😊

The food was excellent and service from the staff was very attentive and kind. The hot spring was really peaceful and tranquil.

The room was great with a nice garden view especially in autumn. The meals and the staff are great with details as well as quality.

“Beautiful Hotel with amazing view”

Lovely little hotel in Arima onsen. We chose the hotel because of the view from the room, and it did not disappoint. The fall foliage view from the room was breathtaking. The food was also great, both dinner and breakfast. The staffs were also incredibly nice and helpful. Since it's a small hotel, they treated us with great care and attention.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Loved everything about it! It was so clean and beautiful, and 100% authentic. Food was amazing and the onsen was lovely.

This was a taste of old school japanese luxury. We were treated like royalty and the food was amazing. I never expected to have a multi course tasting menu served to us privately in our room. Same for breakfast. The staff were excellent and picked us up and dropped us off at the station. Great place.

My stay was exceptional, with luxurious amenities, a serene onsen, and a kaiseki meal that was an unforgettable culinary journey. The kaiseki dinner was the highlight, with each dish masterfully crafted to showcase seasonal ingredients. The outdoor onsen was also a wonderful experience, especially in the cool evening air. The location was peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing stay.

A very authentic hotel in a quiet location where it is nice to hear the sound of the water in the river. One feels truly somewhere far away from the city in solitude with nature.

Very cozy little Ryokan in the mountains. The room had a lovely garden view. Luckily we were the only ones in the ryokan, so we could use the onsen - we have tattoos and the onsen is not private :-) The food was delicious and served in the room, and the staff was super kind.

Not Close to the Station, but the owner picked us up at the station when we arrived and bring us back there when we left. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Very nice onsen on site.
