Clean, well positioned in Kobe. Great amount of facilities and delicious breakfast. Onsen was amazing.

Everything was amazing. The onsen being open throughout the night, the complimentary services (ice cream, Yakult, half ramen) were absolutely great. I feel so spoiled.

“Good stay but a few issues”

This was our 3rd Dormy Inn stay in Japan. Good location on the edge of China Town. The public onsen was decent and one of us enjoyed it, but the other had tattoos so was not allowed. Ice cream, yakult, ramen, massage chairs etc. good as usual. The vending machines had Orion Watta which we've never seen outside of Okinawa so it was a pleasant surprise. Extra pillows upon request.

“Good hotel that looks after its foreign guests”

The staff at this hotel really go out of their way to help their foreign guests find their way around. Its what in Japan is called a "business hotel" which means a small but very comfortable and well equipped room in a professionally run hotel. The onsen on the top floor is a nice place to relax at the end of the day. It even has a self-service laundromat so you can wash your clothing while soaking in the hot spring pools. They serve a really good breakfast.

The location was very convenient. The room was very clean. I loved the onsen. The breakfast was amazing.

“Comfortable and convenient”

Only stayed one night but the staff were very helpful and the hotel was a very high standard. It’s on the edge of Chinatown which was convenient for finding good places to eat.

Location is right in Chinatown and a short walk to the harbour area with plenty eating and shopping options on your doorstep. The room is well designed around the tight space, which I knew before going, so wasn't a shock to me. I liked the room. The hotel staff accepted my luggage forwarding without a problem and also helped me forward again on to the next hotel. All the staff were lovely to deal with and a big bonus was the large onsen area. Great value for money all in.

Our 5th Dormy Inn of this trip - and it was just as expected. I love their hot springs on the roof and free Ramen at 9:30, and ice-cream. The staff are always excellent (although with the automated check-in and check-out, you don't really have much contact with them).
