“Never booking this hotel again, as we got assigned a smoking room after booking non-smoking.”
The hotel is clean, and has standard amenities, as all business hotels. It is decently located somewhere near Sannomiya Station. Make sure not to confuse it with the Premium hotel.

Early check in with a charge is possible. There is also half day rate for super late check out at 10pm. Bathroom is spacious. Plenty of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby

5-10 mins walk from the train station. Very helpful staff at check in. Busy neighbourhood with restaurants, department stores etc. It's a fairly new budget hotel that has everything most will need.

“Be aware, booking.com seems to show images of the newer Daiwa on site, but send client to older one.”
Helpful staff, and when my room was request not to be made up, staff left fresh towels on the door.
