This is my second stay at this APA Hotel. Compared with my previous visit, the room layout feels more practical, making it easier to open my suitcase and relax. The hotel is quiet, well-equipped, and conveniently located for getting around.

The location was great and the room was very clean The staff spoke good English and was very friendly. Tea and coffee provided as well as toiletries etc. and daily fresh towels . Nice kimonos to wear in the room.

Fantastic location, very close 5 minute walk to Nara Park which is huge to explore. Lots of places to eat nearby and eats walk from the train station.

I enjoyed my stay at APA Hotel Kobe Sannomiya Ekimae. The hotel location is great, the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. Price/Quality ratio met my expectations. I marked comfort level as good due to the fact the room is a standard small one suitable for 1 or 2 travelers. Nice choice for those who want to save some money and have a pleasant stay in Kobe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the only thing that we missed compared to other similar hotels was the hot common bath, but I guess that's not something they can add ;). Generally a nice hotel, comfy beds, and good location.
