This was an unforgettable vacation! We were absolutely delighted with this place. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, birdsong in the morning, and incredibly beautiful nature – this is exactly what you need. There’s a special atmosphere of coziness and tranquility here, as if time stands still. The house is surrounded by greenery, fresh mountain air, and stunning landscapes. It’s a perfect place to unwind, enjoy the moment, and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Bojana and her husband are the most amazing hosts! They were also very helpful and Bojana makes the most tasteful dumplings ever! We loved staying at their beautiful tiny house in a very remote and relaxing location. We would recommend staying here to everyone!

The view and silence of the nature.

We liked the design of the lodge, privacy and remote location. There’s numerous trails you can take from the spot and surrounding nature is lovely.

The host was extremely kind and helpful in everyway, the cabin was super cozy and clean, the nature around is incredible. The place is in a remote place, surrounded by mountains, it's a perfect getaway place.

Everything! It's an amazing place to stay with very kind owner. For me one of my best bookings ever. Very new and modern cottage, well equipped, clean and cozy in the middle of forest. The kindness of owners was unbelievable.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. The hosts are extremely nice - they made traditional kobarid štrukli for us. The lodge is equipped with everything you need. Beautiful sunsets, beautiful scenery in a remote location, extremely clean. A true gem to find on Booking :)

“Perfect place!”

The cottage is ideal, everything we needed to make meals was on site. Coffee, tea, sugar and spices as well as everything to light the barbecue were also provided. The cottage is in a natural location with beautiful views. A great place to climb e.g. Krn mountain. There are several nice trails in the area. Mrs Bojana prepared for us dumplings with nuts and sultanas, a Slavic delicacy. They were delicious. Mrs Bojana is very nice and friendly. We definitely want to return there. “INCREDIBLE”

We couldn’t have asked for more. The Lodge was absolutely incredible in every way if you like a bit of ‘getting away from it all’. The owners were so friendly and obliging. We will be back.

“Snow-white house experience in the mountains !”

The tiny house is amazing, comfortable, very well situated in the middle of the mountain, surrounded by the nature, with deers at the end of the path, squirels passing by, not to mention the rabbits, sheeps and cows… We loved spending nights there, and the kids (2 and 4) were thrilled to sleep in their « fairy house » ! Finally, the hosts were very nice, offering very good dumplings and also a revigorating shnaps !

“Simply perfection”

Bojana is the kindest and warmest person ever. She took our luggage to the destination which is perfectly secluded, you will have all the peace in the world and great starting point for hiking. Last day she made us local dumpling breakfast, we couldnt be happier here and I am 100% sure we will return. The house is very thought out and every detail you need is there plus a grill to make a bbq. Plus the beds super comfortable, a little welcome package - overall perfection! Thank you Bojana! Outstanding location with amazing view. If you want to hide from the world, here you can! Recommend mostly for people who love hiking and stay far away from crowds. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

Bojana and her husband were amazing host! They were always super friendly and very helpful for everything ! The place is fantastic, so peaceful and perfectly placed if you wanna hike the KRN mountain! Waking up in the morning with this view was breathtaking ! We loved our stay at FORTE EMILIA and will definitely come back !

Remote location, so better do your shopping before the 40min ride up. Very friendly hosts. Excellent starting point for a tour up Krn
