“Lovely stay near the Soča river”

Perfect

We had a small cabin not far from the showers and bathroom, which were very clean and had toilet paper. The cabin was very small and not so well insulated, so it gets both hot and cold, but there's air conditioning. You also get towels and bedding. There's a small sofa and table. We had a private seating area outside. There are no views of the river but you can go down from the reception area. The town is 10-15 min walking through the road, crossing a great viewing point. The historical trail around Kobarid passes through the camping and the beautiful Kozjak cascade is only 10 minutes away by foot. You can drink water from all taps in the camping and get coffee and drinks at the bar. The staff helped us get a rafting trip even though it was low season.

It’s a real chalet, with heating, dishwasher…all very eco aware. Kobarid historical trail goes just around the camp. Right on Soca’s bank, in the wood, still 5 min on foot from Kobarid. We really had great time!!

Our stay here was perfect. The camp, property and nature around it is wonderful. Special thanks to Laris the receptionist who welcomed us very kindly and gave us lots of information about the area and the activities. We recommend and we will come again.

Good location, nature is amazing

“An excellent base to explore the Soca Valley”

I stayed for 2 nights in February. The camp was quiet with the reception desk open from 2 - 11pm. The lady at the reception was really nice and explained the layout of the camp with a map that she gave me when I collected the keys for a eco chalet. Its super conveniently located just behind the main camp buildings (restaurant/bar, reception, shower and main camp toilets/showers). The location of the camp itself is 15/20 minute walk from Kobarid itself, 5 from Napoleons bridge and actually sits right next to the Kojak Waterfall/Kobarid Historical trail path. The Eco Chalet was super clean, with fridge, oven, and hot plate with cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is modern in style and comprises of everything one would expect. There is also plenty of spare bedding available if needed. Heating also works well. I didn't use any of the camps services besides the self service washing machine which whilst was old did an excellent job! (5 Euro Wash, 4 Euro dry). Being the low season whilst I could see areas for outdoor activities i.e. kayaking/rafting many of these were closed for the winter. There is also a cool little animal farm there with goats and ducks to look at as well with 2 small children's play areas.

Nice sized cabin incl. bathroom - tiny house feel. Very relaxing. Beds were spacious and comfortable. Good sized bathroom. Nice location in the middle of nature. 15 min walk to the town centre.

“Glamping for nature lover (but great for readers in bed as well)”

All!!! Would go back 110%, lovely glamping, the view in the small hut is so great. I have just great comments about this place, would have stayed much longer!

“Beautiful wooden chalet in perfect location”

Chalet is big and comfy, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is clean, rooms are spacious. Nicely decorated in alpine style. There is a terrace in front of chalet and a balcony on the 1st floor. Located within a campsite, but on upper terrain. Camp has pigmy goats, ducks and chickens on site. Located between Soča river and Kozjak waterfall, the camp is a perfect starting point for numerous hiking and cycling tours in Kobarid region. Fabulous Planika dairy farm has a supermarket 10 min walking distance from the campsite. Camp has a spa (sauna, salt room, gym). We booked sauna and it was perfect. The only downside of our visit is that we couldn't stay longer.

“If you love nature, you won't be disappointed”

It was absolutely wonderful. Glamping is beautiful. This place is really the most magical stay i have ever booked. Soca river sound all over the property... Food at the restaurant was delicious and way more affordable than in the city. Really it was so special.
