Apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Host was very welcoming and good communication throught the process. The sitting area to the rear of the apartments is a lovely spot for watching the sun go down. Short walk to the town centre and bus stop.

This was a beautiful getaway staying in one of the buildings.

The host was excellent- gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable. The room was beautiful and immaculate, there was also onsite parking. This was just a 1 day stay for us and we really wish we stayed here longer. The location is walking distance from town with some nice places to eat and drink.

Exceeded my expectations honestly. The service, the room and amenities (in room coffee is soooo good). I loved the hot tub that you can reserve, it was nice after all the hiking. The location is outstanding, next to all the amazing nature areas. Lots of really good restaurants in Kobadir - five minute walk. I absolutely loved my stay.

We love everything about this place! Bed was super comfy, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, the shower was amazing. Location is perfect! Host was super communicative and helped us wherever needed. Absolutely loved it.

“Lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Slovenia”

10 minute walk into town with parking on site. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Cleaning standards are on point. Spacious apartment with a kitchenette that includes MILK with their coffee. Some reviews have mentioned road noise but I didn’t hear a thing with the windows closed.

Barely any hot water, weird insects, upon complaining about the hot water they told me "ve mindful of the environment"

Lovely and clean, great size with everything you need for a relaxing stay including a dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent shower and spotless bathroom. Nice location close to beautiful walks along the soca gorge with easy and free parking by accommodation.

We loved our 4 day stay and were sad to leave. It was clean, modern, spacious with thoughtful attention given to make our stay perfect. The gardens are beautiful and we loved the outdoor "chill" area. It was an easy walk to the town centre to cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Thank you Mathias for everything

“Very welcoming host and a perfect location”

The host made us feel very welcome. Our studio was perfect for a two night stay - had everything we needed. The shower pressure was great! After two wks of travelling, probably the best we’ve had so far! Although facing and situated on the main road, with the windows closed, we could barely notice the traffic. Loved the parking and the easy walk into town. Also appreciated the space to put suitcases and clothes : )

Very nice host, rooms are fully furnished so ideal for a longer stay. Kitchen was equipped with essential to cook we well, but there’s always a supermarket about 500m away to stock up on whatever food you desire. Host has a great green thumb, wonderful garden around the premises. We stayed in the original house which was right next to the road however we had a sound sleep thanks to an amazing sound proofing job. There are 3 new apartments which looked nice from the outside as well. The host also provided us with some towels as we were about to go for a river rafting, thanks!

An excellent accommodation. Very well arranged, spacious and comfortable. The location is very good, just 15 minutes drive from Tolmin Gorge, which mattered a lot. The garden is beautiful.
