Beautiful location for a relaxing few days away with plenty of activities nearby to enjoy the region. The shared facilities you can access (jacuzzi, sauna(at small extra cost), bbq, additional living space and kitchen, are a fantastic addition. Hosts were lovely and accommodating. The view from our room (the 2 bed apartment) was breathtaking. We'll be back!

Nejc was a wonderful host, took all the time to show us around. He is very knowledgeable about outside sports but also gave us good advice for suitable activities for my pregnant girlfriend and me. The app had a beautiful view, seeing all the clouds, lights and meadows in the valley.

Everything was perfectly fine! Amazing house with really kind hosts. Easy access. Incredible view, comfortable beds; access to barbecue, kitchen - highly recommended for big groups of people 👌 many hiking places around, good roads, easy parking.

Excellent peaceful location. Good for families and hiking! Good sauna and very nice landlord who gave us a lot of input.

“Alpine tranquility”

With a stunning rural vista, a group of self—contained apartments that have everything you need and some common areas that open up to an outdoor space with the spa and sauna. It was good to meet fellow travellers, and the host was extremely helpful. Janja was always contactable! The village is isolated, which for us was not a problem and actually a plus, but Janja had let us know this beforehand, so we stocked up on groceries.

I loved everything about this place, from the rural idealic location to the extras like the hot tub and sauna but most of all I have to complement Neja and janja. The organised last minute rafting for us within an hour and also provided an amazing bike for my husband to go on an early cycle before we left. They also gave great advice on a hike straight from the door! Highly recommend if looking for something a bit different in Kobarid region!

Apartment is very nice, clean, kitchen fully equipped (even with a dishwasher :)). the location is in a small and peaceful village a short drive up the mountain from Kobarid. we enjoyed the view from our balcony every day. owners are super friendly and helpful. we loved it and will definitely come back.

Amazing stay! The view and surrounding is just amazing. Very comfy beds, amazing view from the balcony. You can buy wine, beers, sauna is 10€. You can walk to the waterfall & to zelenci lake from here.

Great facilities and location! The hosts are active people with good suggestions to enjoy the lovely Soça Valley area.

The apartment was excellent – modern, clean, and spacious enough for a couple. The shared areas were large and well-maintained. The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful property! Felt so lucky to be staying here and with such amazing views onto the mountains. The rooms were very clean and had all the appliances you needed. The owners were quick to respond and helpful. One of my favourite stays ever!
