Rustic and charming. Beautifully restored by Luca and very comfortable and functional. Our teenagers especially loved the quirkiness. Great for exploring the Soca valley and the village itself is so pretty and residents incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend staying here!

Luca and Daria are the most wonderful people, so kind and warm. We would love to come back another time.

The house is perfect. The people are very friendly.

Very close to the river just few minutes walk. Also Kobarid is very near. Quiet place, not on the main road. Whole apartment is precisely renovated local building with great atmosphere.

The place was charming, well equipped, clean. They did an awesome job with the renovation. The host was friendly and very helpful, he welcomed us with open arms and was ready to help with anything we needed. The property is in Ladra, super close to Kobarid.

Hospitality we got from Luka and his wife was exceptional. They were very nice and gave us loads of tips about area and activities. When they have found out we love wine they bought some local wine for us. Accommodation was an experience on its own. Old barn makes a great impression and it is fun to stay there. All the facilities made our stay great - AC, fully equipped kitchen. We had there all we needed.
